- A global content delivery network in front of every site, so pages and images load quickly wherever your visitors are and traffic spikes do not take the site down.
- A firewall at the network edge that filters out known attack traffic before it reaches your site.
- Sites kept apart. Websites run as separate, isolated users on our servers, so a problem on one site cannot reach the others.
- Nightly backups, so a bad day can be rolled back.
- Free SSL certificates that renew themselves, and the padlock on every page.
- Updates applied and checked. Security updates for WordPress, plugins and the server are applied and the site is checked afterwards, not just patched and left.
Care, not just hosting
Hosting keeps a site online. Care keeps it useful. On a care plan we handle the small changes that otherwise sit on a to-do list for months: new opening hours, a staff photo, a seasonal page, a broken link someone spotted. We also keep an eye on how the site is found, through Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
Between us we look after more than 130 live websites, from one-page sites to football clubs that post several times a week and shops with hundreds of products.
Moving to us
If your site is somewhere else, we can move it. We plan the move so the site stays up throughout, check that email is not affected, and compare the old and new versions before switching over.
